Zhejiang Leqi Vehicle Co., Ltd. is located in Taizhou city, Zhejiang province. The Factory produce motorcycles, scooters and electric vehicles under TARO brand name. Zhejiang Leqi Vehicle Co., Ltd cooperates with ZERO MOTORCYCLES in America, GOES in Spain, and CFMOTO, JINCHENG, ZONGSHEN, and LIFAN in China. TARO was honored with the title of "Excellent supplier and product development"

In 2024, Zhejiang Leqi Vehicle Co., Ltd and Adams Manufacture and Assembly of Light Vehicles both decided to cooperate to assemble all TARO models locally at Adams Factory in Egypt, to be the first factory outside China to assemble TARO models for the Egyptian market. TARO also is existed in more than 35 countries through its exclusive distributors which gave the brand the opportunity to be international.
