About HYOSUNG
Hyosung Motorcycles were originally established in the beginning of the 1970. The Hyosung company initiated making Suzuki motor bike models below permission from the Suzuki company Japan for the local market of Korea in the late 1970s.
Around 1986, Hyosung founded their own R&D hub in Hamamatsu, Japan, and the close pace, hyosung prompt large-scale manufacturing of their designs.
In 2014 S&T Motors was acquired by Kolao Holdings, and the name was changed to KR Motors.
In August 2016 a joint venture was established jointly by Jinan Qingqi motorcycle Co., Ltd. and KR Motors Co., Ltd. of Korea.
in 2025 Adams Manufacture and Assembly of Light Vehicles in Egypt starts cooperation with JINAN QINGQI KR MOTORCYCLE CO., LTD. which based now in China to be its sole agent and distributor in Egypt. Both agreed to assembly Hyosung models locally in Adams. HYOSUNG motorcycles starts to be available for sale in Egypt from 2026 models.
